Description

we're not releasing the m_mdbAllFoldersTable from nsMsgFolderCache, which will
generally show up as a leak with nsMsgFolderCache::InitExistingDB somewhere at
the top of the stack and a bunch of mork stuff beneath it.

I didn't see this with the following operations:

* loading a folder
* dragging a message into a folder
* deleting a message

Verified FIXED using Win2K and Purify (latest opt build with symbols).
