1. Switch to Italian
2. Go to Homescreen
3. Long press on a SC icon
4. Hit the delete button

Actual:
The screen is not localized

Expected:
The screen is localized

One additional note is that we don't have the strings "Collection" or "The Collection", we should use the localized SC App name instead.

Sorry guys, I think this was actually fixed by landing bug 1029891 this morning. I have not yet had the time to verify yet though.

Sorry for the confusion guys, it appears that bug 1029891 did end up fixing this. Going to mark as a dupe for tracking.

I'm sure we will have plenty of web components work to come though :)
