steps to reproduce:
1. Load https://marketplace.allizom.org/curate/manage
2. Delete one of the listed items; confirm deletion. Notice that the deleted item is removed from the list
3. Switch tabs to Create content
4. Return to 'Existing content'

expected behavior
Deleted items are not listed anymore

observed behavior:
Deleted item is back in the list of feed elements. User needs to do a hard refresh.
