Hello,
I am an admin to an etherpad collection (https://mozcampbeta.etherpad.mozilla.org) that we used for MozCamp India a few days ago. I need to access the pads made by everybody at the event to collect and analyze them, but it's not allowing me to get into them without a password.
I have tried:
restarting browser
clearing all etherpad cookies
going to http not https (it redirects)
multiple browsers (ff and chrome)
created a second login / admin account (caneel@gmail.com) to see if there was an issue with my particular login - same effect on both accounts
I am logging in with my LDAP, cjoyce@mozilla.com, using personas. After I log in is when it tells me that I cannot access this pad without a password. However I am able to see the users connected to this pad, and I can see myself listed as an admin, cjoyce@mozilla.com.
Thank you!
Caneel
