steps to reproduce:
1. Load https://marketplace.allizom.org/curate/manage/apps/poop
2. Notice the Feed Preview

observed behavior:
The developer name overlaps with the submit button
Summary: Clientside validation to check if uploaded header icon is jpg/png needs to happen → Length dev name overlaps with install button in the Feed Preview section
