steps to reproduce:
1. Load https://marketplace.allizom.org/curate/manage/apps/poop
2. Notice the Quote in the Feed Preview section

expected behavior:
Quote says "<3"

observed behavior:
Quote says "&lt;3" as the field is overscaped.
