1030418 - [Rocketbar] Occasional slight graphic defect when scrolling the search suggestions

Description

1. have search suggestions turned on
2. tap on rocketbar
3. type "j" or "z"
4. scroll the word suggestions

Expected: no graphic glitch
Actual: sometimes you can see a pixel tall 6 pixel wide graphic glitch at the top of the bottom of the scrolling text.  It doesn't occur after the screen turns off and on

This probably should be graphics -> pan zoom.

Hard to tell from the video but this looks related to overscroll. My best guess is that the content is probably getting shrunk vertically because of the horizontal overscroll behavior and we're drawing a pixel of the background or something.

Can you still repro this? I don't see it on the latest Flame m-c build [1]
