Seems just like bug 1030419, but for a different test...

test_transitions_cancel_near_end.html has been running reliably on Android 2.3, in an emulator run on ix slaves. We are now moving Android 2.3 mochitests to aws slaves. On aws, test_transitions_cancel_near_end.html intermittently fails:

As with bug 1030419, I disagree with the disabling of this test at this stage.
Priority: -- → P5
Android 2.3 is no longer supported in Firefox 48+.

Test manifests were updated in bug 1251013.
