Steps to reproduce:

0. Create a HTML document that includes text decorated using background:url('...') style. Use attached "test-case.html" to quick validation.
1. Open the file using Firefox Nightly(2014-6-26) or Firefox 30.0. Note: No previous Firefox instance before opening the file!
1-1. Open the Inspector and check the Rules around the inline image elements.
2. Refresh the page.


Actual results:

1. Firefox rendered the page well in the first place. For the test-case.html, the background images are well shown up for three items.
1-1. However, in the Rules section of the Inspector, Firefox says "Could not load the image" for the second and third item, while it acutally loaded the image well.
2. When refreshed the page, the image on the second and the third item was gone.

Also, I could find some error messages concerning protocol.js in the Browser Console when I attempted to put mouse over the Rules section in the Inspector.

Expected results:

The expected result is stable loading of the images and consistent rendering result. Also, no error message on Browser Console is expected when using the Inspector.

I can't reproduce this.

Do you see this problem in safe mode?

It was known that this bug was caused because of Adblock Plus extension. My sincere apologies for reporting a bogo.
