Go to any URL. Make sure your browser window is maximised, and the sidebar is
fully hidden. Now hit F9 to open it, and choose the "What's related" tab. The
maximised window will "jump" and make itself as wide as the monitor, but it
won't be maximised anymore (eg, you can resize the window etc.)

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Maximise Browser window
2. Go to any URL
3. Open "What's related" tab on sidebar
4. Watch browser window "jump" and de-maximise

Actual Results:  Browser window lost it's maximised state

Expected Results:  Shoulda stayed maximised.
