Paul reported the issue in the summary.
Actually there is one translated part: "not now" = "nu acum", the only one. The rest of the text is en-US.
Repro on all other builds, FF 10-28.

Did we get a ro translation at all? This is the expected behavior if the localization team didn't provide a translation.

We have a ru but not a ro translation.

"Not now" comes from Firefox itself. So it will be localized even if the hotfix doesn't provide a translation.
