103088 - navigating using tab key and closing download box deletes downloaded file

when downloading like the nightly build of mozilla,
and using the tab and enter key to close the download box AFTER download is
complete, the newly created file is deleted where ever you downloaded it.

so basically, your download has just finished, you press tab so that the 'Close'
button is highlighted and then press space or enter to close it.
stand back and notice how the newly created / downloaded file has vanished.

using the mouse is fine.
