1031710 - Error on task page pagination and Create task button

As of today, staging is showing errors when clicking the next or jump-to-final page arrows on the available tasks page:

It was showing tasks, and today it gives the 'sorry no results' error.

Also, not sure if it's related, but the Create Task button is now showing on the Available tasks page- instead of only the Task Admin area.

These are two different issues, but I think one may be invalid.

I am pretty sure that the Create Task button has always appeared on both the Task Admin and Available Tasks listings. It only appears when a user is signed in and is an administrator. I set it up this way as a convenience for admins, so that no matter how you access the list you always have access to the Create Task option. This is the same reason that the Edit link beside each task also shows up on both listings. So I suggest that that part of this bug is invalid, but the pagination issue is a different matter which I will investigate.

Verified pagination error no longer occurs. I disagree about the admin options on the available tasks list, but will file that separately.
