Details

User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.3; Win64; x64; rv:24.0) Gecko/20140610 Firefox/24.0 PaleMoon/24.6.2 (Nightly/Aurora)
Build ID: 20140610142618

Steps to reproduce:

I started with a "used" profile on a v2.1 ZTE Open
I went to Settings-> Developer Settings-> Launch FTU
I closed FTU without stepping through or completing it (held Home key, swiped it off)

Actual results:

Upon return to home screen, I found that my WiFi connection had been reset (and password lost), and the App Collections I had removed had been restored to the very bottom of my homescreen.

Expected results:

Ideally, the FTU should not just overwrite any settings unless the user explicitly changes them in the FTU.

Aborting the FTU without changing anything should result in no changes.
