No way to do "Change several bugs at once" from "Dependency tree"

Details

since gagan promot the use of "meta" tracking bug, I start to use it to track my 
start up performance bug. I want to add cathleen@netscape.com,dp@netcape.com to 
the cc list after I creat a big list. But I cannot find a way to do that.
For normal Query, I can do it by go to "Change several bugs at once" from the 
query result. But currently, there are no way I can query "all the bug directly, 
or indirectly blocking this bug" , I cannot do it in there. I go to the 
dependenc tree, I which I can have a way to have "Change several bugs at once" 
from there.
