Currently the gaia perf tests clone b2gperf in order to use the mozperf.py script. By adding a command line entry point we can use the versions of b2gperf distributed via PyPI, and can avoid cloning the additional repository in CI.

This adds a 'gaiaperf' command line entry point. I also included a couple of additional commits for cleanup and multiple device support. Let me know if you'd prefer me to open separate bugs for these.

Landed in: https://github.com/mozilla/b2gperf/commit/2d62708e2642cd619b5982e7656ff232e84c5e7d I'll take care of a version bump and release in a separate bug.
