Steps to reproduce:

1 go to https://support.allizom.org/en-US/questions/new/desktop/download-and-install/form?search=%D1%8A%D1%8A%D1%8A&step=aaq-register
2 Enter user name : юзер23
3 Password : passwdSuper23(it doesn't matter what)
4 Enter email address : [e-mail](it doesn't matter what)


Actual results:

Warning message is displayed: Username may contain only letters, numbers and ./+/-/_ characters.


Expected results:

Warning message is displayed: Username may contain only ENGLISH letters, numbers and ./+/-/_ characters.

Here you go https://github.com/mozilla/kitsune/pull/2007 although I don't know if I totally like the wording of it being English. Perhaps we should change it to... 

Username may contain only a combination of alphanumeric characters and ./+/-/_ characters.
