Description:
When language is set to Swahili the string "Data Settings" appears truncated on Data Settings page. This string was not truncated in English.


Repro Steps:
1) Update a Flame to 20140630000201
2) Change language to Swahili
3) Launch Settings and navigate to Cellular & Data > Data Settings
4) Observe header


Actual:
"Data Settings" string is truncated in Swahili on Data Settings page.

Expected:
No strings are truncated.

This issue does not occur on 1.4 Flame.
