If users have questions or feedback on tasks we could display FAQ on the Task Detail page with the responses to user feedback.
Priority: -- → P4
Marking this as won't fix. Feedback from users can only be displayed to admins, due to privacy concerns & need for active moderation. Bug 1095546 has been filed for this.

I have never seen any questions from users in any of the feedback I've received from users of the tool. A new bug can be filed for an FAQ if/when it becomes an issue.
