1032378 - Vidyo conference is extremely laggy on video

Whenever I'm in a vidyo conference with more than 1 person there's a severe video lag. Sometimes it's a 10 second delay between hearing people and seeing their lips move. This makes following shared slides useless because not only is the lag so severe the video is just really sluggish and stuttery. 

I have previously filed a Service Now request on this (Guillermo tried to help) but it fizzled out. 

I have OSX 10.9.3 and for what it's worth, I can do Skype, Facetime and Google Hangout on this laptop just fine.

Not sure if it's relevant at all but when I click to start VidyoDesktop it takes a good 30 seconds to start.
