Description: The following notification strings related to Bluetooth are truncated when viewed in Tamil. These strings are seen by succeeding or failing to send or recieve files over bluetooth. The notifications also overlap with their timestamps. The transfer has started Check the progress in the notification center X files successful, x files unsuccessful File could not be sent Review Transfer Request Prerequisites: 1) Settings > Language > Tamil (Ta) 2) Have at least two images on the device 3) Pair with another device (not a headset) Repro Steps: 1) Update a Flame to 20140630000201 2) Open the Gallery app. 3) Selelect multiple images 4) Share the images with bluetooth to the other device 5) Note the strings for "The transfer has started", "Check the progress in the notification center", and "X files successful, x files unsuccessful" strings. 6) Repeat steps 2-4 but cancel the transfer before it finishes. 7) Note the "File could not be sent" string 8) On the other device repeat steps 2-4. 9) Note the "Review transfer request" string. Actual: Many bluetooth notifications are truncated and overlap with the timestamp in Tamil. Expected: Strings are not truncated and do not overlap when viewed in Tamil.
