Hi Umesh,

This is one of the preloaded apps on Tarako.  During Marketplace Day, we didn't get any volunteers to help with this.  If the Tamil team is stretched thin with too many requests, you can say no and we will find other resources to take care of this.  Let me know soon.

Word Count: 90 strings, 240 words
Deadline: July 3 (Thursday my time) or July 7th morning the latest.

Some of these strings can be found in Transvision.org.  Also, 4th of July is a US holiday.  I will check email if I have access.

Umesh & Shashank, Thanks for your contributions to Firefox OS and the Hindi community. It would be great if some Hindi localizer(s) can take a look at Connecta2, a messaging app for the Tarako device, either directly via the attached strings file or via Transifex:

Meghraj, Thanks so much! I've added you to the team. Trying to figure out the permissioning so I can make you the language coordinator for ConnectA2 in Hindi. Really appreciate your contribution. 

Meanwhile, I've also made it possible for localizers to join this project on Transifex without waiting for me to approve them, so that they can get started right away.

While i am coordinating many apps in Hindi so, right now in this i have only permission as a translator so how can add more people, if you wish then add me as co-ordinator so it would be easy for me bring more people to this project.

Meghraj, you bet. Oddly, I don't have the permission to do that in this specific app and I've been unable to reach the person who does. Still in progress. 

But for now, anyone can join and start localizing if you send them there - they don't need to wait for an approver. Thanks again!

Hello @Rajesh Ji and @Peiying...!!

There is few strings like about "He", (Sleeping, Can't talk etc) so for He, that is "सो रहा हूँ" and "बात नहीं कर सकता" (He is sleeping) (Can't talk) and for she it is "सो रहीं हूँ" and "बात नहीं कर सकती" (She is sleeping) (Can't talk), so what we need to do exactly.

These are different in Hindi in pronunciations.

Good question!  This seems like status strings, but not unique to this app.  In your experience, do other mobile products or apps use "male" gender as the default?
