After deleting contacts that were imported from Facebook then locking and unlocking the phone while viewing the "Import Contacts" page, the phone duplicates the text string for each import option. Every time the phone is locked then unlocked after getting this issue to occur, the text string is duplicated again.

Repro Steps:
1) Update a Flame to BuildID: 20140630000201
2) Open Contacts app
3) Go to settings and import Facebook contacts
4) Delete Facebook contacts
5) Go to "Import Contacts" section
6) Lock then unlock the device

Actual:
The text string for each import option is duplicated

Expected:
The text string does not get duplicated

Not going to nominate to block because the user can recover from this state by force closing the app and relaunching the Contacts app.  Text strings return to their expected values and user has to repeat Steps 3-6 to encounter the issue again.

Actual result:  After deleting Facebook contacts and navigating to the Import Contacts screen, locking and unlocking the device will cause the label text on the buttons (except the SIM button) to duplicate.

Agree on not noming this, but not the for the reason above. I'd not nom this because this is unlikely for a user to hit, as I don't expect a user to move right through this UI without triggering the lockscreen.
