Description:
When the user has set their phones language to ta-Tamil, the "bookmarks" text is shown truncated on the awesome page

Setup Steps:
1) Settings > Language > Tamil

Repro Steps:
1) Update a Flame device to BuildID: 20140630000201
2) Browser > http://mozqa.com/webapi-permissions-tests/
3) Select WebAPI Permissions Tests > "Unknown Cert Site"

Actual:
"Untrusted Site" is shown untranslated

Expected:
"Untrusted Site" is shown translated
