tbpl's choice of bugs to suggest isn't entirely perfect (mostly failing for things which only happen every few months, so its inactivity filter drops them out of the list), but it is far more effective than "here's 3 open, and 3 closed bugs." I'm surprised every time I have to open the "Show more" just how many failures there are where you have to look at more than three possibilities, but that's a two-parter: 1) there really are a crapload of tests that fail in more than three ways, and 2) tbpl's preference for bugs with recent activity really does work most of the time, so lots of things where treeherder shows three wrong suggestions and hides the right one in Show more, tbpl is showing a single suggestion, the one active bug.
