Pre-requisites: Contact imported to FB (with phone number)

STRs:
1. Tap contact application.
2. Tap "+" button.
3. Write a phone number equals to other phone number of contact imported to FB.
4. Write name equals to other contact imported to FB.
5. Tap "Done" button.
6. Tap contact created and edit it.
7. Tap "Find duplicate contacts" button.

Actual result:
"No duplicate contacts found" is showed. (Active and passive merged *not* done)

Expected result:
Contact is detected duplicate and merge it.

If I'm not wrong, FB contacts are not taking into account when doing the merging.
