Description:
When a user launches the First Time User Experience (FTE) and navigates to the 'Start Your Phone Tour' page, the text on that screen will be cutoff by the hand/finger image on the screen and the 'Start Tour' button is truncated..

Repro Steps:
1) Update a Flame to 20140630000201
2) Launch the FTE.
3) Navigate to the 'Start Your Phone Tour' page.
4) Observe the text on the page.

Actual:
The 'Start Your Phone Tour' page's text is cutoff by the hand/finger image and the 'Start Tour' button is truncated..
Expected:
The 'Start Your Phone Tour' displays correctly without any text being cutoff and without any truncation.

This issue does not occur on Flame 1.4 as the Tamil language was not available in 1.4.

Hand/finger image hiding the strings in FxOS v2.0. But It was transparent in FxOS v1.4. Why?
Anyway corrected in pootle.
