Description:
When users are in Swahili language, upon editing a bookmark, the header will display truncated.

Setup 
Settings > Language> Swahili - Kiswahili

Repro Steps:
1) Update a flame device to BuildID: 20140630000201
2) Browser> Navigate to any website
3) Tap the Star - Bookmarks button> Bookmark
4) Tap the Star - Bookmarks button > Edit Bookmark
5) Observe Edit Bookmark header is truncated

Actual:
"Edit Bookmark" header displays truncated
Expected:
"Edit Bookmark" displays correctly and is not truncated

This issue does not occur on Flame 1.4 as the Tamil language was not available in 1.4.
