103298 - Mac Classic: Horizontal line properties - choosing different width types causes window to resize

If you choose switch between pixels and percent for the width type in the H.line
properties you will notice that the width drop-down menu will resize.  Also, if
you choose to have a pixel width, close the window, and reopen it you will
notice that the window itself will resize.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open Composer
2.Insert an hr using the h.line button on the toolbar
3.Double-click the h.line to bring up the h.line properties
4.Change the width from "% of window" to "pixels"  (notice the drop-down will
resize)
5.Click ok and then open the h.line properties window again
6.Change the width from "pixels" to "% of window"

Actual Results:
The window will resize.

Expected Results:
I would expect that the window and the drop-down menu would stay the same size
for every option I choose.
