1033021 - FMD Settings UI is Awkward When FxA Account is Not Confirmed

Attachment: Unresponsive FMD in Settings

STR:

1.) Following FTU, go into the settings app. 
2.) Click on Find My Device.
3.) Sign in with a new Firefox Accounts (unconfirmed, etc.)
4.) Wait for a bit, and observe the UI of FMD. 


Expected: Something letting you know that your account is processing, or that FMD is disabled.

Actual: Unresponsive sign in screen.

Yup, we had wanted to add that[1] but it didn't make string freeze.

So, closing as a dupe of bug 998489.
