Description:
The "Selected Keyboards" and "Build-in Keyboard" strings on Notification tab are truncated when viewed in Tamil.

Prerequisites:
1) Settings > Language > Tamil (Ta)

Repro Steps:
1) Update a Flame to 20140630000201
2) Open the Settings > Keyboard
3) Note the "Selected Keyboards" and "Build-in Keyboard" strings

Actual:
"Selected Keyboards" and "Build-in Keyboard" are truncated when viewed in Tamil.


Expected:
Strings are not truncated when viewed in Tamil.
