Description:
When language is set to Swahili, the strings "Fixed Dialing Numbers" and "List of numbers that can be called" are truncated in the Fixed dialing numbers screen in Call Settings. Both the "Fixed dialing numbers" string in header and the string next to the toggle switch are affected. These strings are not truncated in English.


Repro Steps:
1) Update a Flame to 20140630000201
2) Change language to Swahili
3) Launch Settings and navigate to Call Settings > [Active SIM] > Fixed dialing numbers

Actual:
"Fixed Dialing Numbers" and "List of numbers that can be called" strings are truncated in Fixed dialing numbers settings page.

Expected:
No strings truncated.

This issue does not occur on 1.4 Flame.
