This is nearly perma-fail on trunk. We may need to hide Gip on OSX soon if we can't make any traction on it.

I'll make some runs with more diagnostics in the code and see if somebody can take care of this. The timing of B2G releases is not making it easy to look at this right away.

After struggling to get this running locally (mismatched versions of gaiatest and marionette, weird profile related issues, etc. getting the way), I can now intermittently reproduce with the downloaded build, and I can successfully run the local build. Now trying to fail with the local build, but if it's intermittent, it's a lot rarer.

Because of the urgency, if there is a wallpaper solution (based on https://tbpl.mozilla.org/?tree=Try&rev=32dc8e6824ac with logging prints removed), I'll land it in this bug, and open another one for the real fix.

Going for checkin-needed in case sheriffs want to lean on the Gip tests at the same time (note we have other, less frequent failures in there), and unsure if the train change happened.

Looks like the leaks were all on 10.6.
s/leaks/asserts - sorry, juggling too many backouts at the moment
The assert was from a follow up bug to decide if the source should be valid coming into this method. The wallpaper solution itself just deals with it.
