10331 - xml problems crash apprunner & viewer

XML documents which are invalid, have missing DTDs (if specified) or missing CSS
style files (if specified) cause insta-crash in M8.

Here's the status on each of these issues:

1) Crash on XML documents that are invalid:  Please attach a sample XML file
that crashes.  I just tried this on windows and error messages for invalid XML
documents show up fine.

2) Crash on missing DTDs:  The fix for this got checked in for M9.

3) Crash on missing CSS style files:  There is already a bug open for this (bug
5391) which should get fixed when Necko lands.

Setting milestone to M11.  I'll pull it in once I get a reproducable test case.

hm. now i can't reproduce the crash on invalid (or ill-formed) xml... perhaps
consider that a misreport, and just deal with the crash on missing css (which i
guess is the only thing that is still hazy).

If the crash on missing css file is the only remaining problem, this bug is a
duplicate of bug 5391.  Marking as such.
