Steps to reproduce:

ZTE Open (US_EBAY) FFXOS v2.1 2014-07-01 19:04:50

Power on phone from off state
Wait for phone to boot & get WiFi/Data radios connected



Actual results:

Carrier string is detected as AT&T

Toggling Airplane mode on and off will reset the carrier string to display cricket (correct)


Expected results:

Carrier string should be cricKet instead.

Cricket is a MVNO of AT&T, so technically, showing AT&T is not wrong, but it is also not 100% correct & can be confusing for a user if they're not aware of these relationships between carriers and MVNOs.
