Hi,
I would like to request for commit access Level 3.
My L1 access was granted in Bug 797295. Thanks!
Vouch for chuck to have level 3.
As far as I can tell Vincent is not a module owner or peer so we still need another voucher.  Let me know if I'm wrong.

Actually Vincent is the Wifi module owner [1], but we doesn't have mozwiki updated correspondingly.

Ok, I'll let it slide this time.  Please go start a thread on .governance about officially creating a Wifi module for Vincent to own.
