Discussed with HsinYi, the problem is that Gecko doesn't get stkcommand from modem.

The v123-2 works fine with v2.0.

DSDS+STK is completed in 1.4, so we need to apply v1.4 or v2.0 to check the result.

Renaming since is not only in settings app. The bug affects all the system. No any STK message is received at Gaia level since RIL is not sending it.

So, no patch to 1.3 is coming, as I understand it. Right? Because this is very important feature (and I use just one SIM, so for me it is downgrade :-( )
Hope release 1.4 will be out during August and not later... With other bugs I can live with, but this one is fatal one :-(
