This is almost certainly some kind of crash or hang of the b2g process.. Very difficult to debug :(
If it's rare enough I don't really care ;)

Can't we know if the process crashed and get some core dump file?
TBPL can do that as it has access to the symbols.

Actually just saw this same failure on a device so we might have a good chance to catch this.
OK just got the device to crash.
When I got the device to fail I hit:

but I'm not sure if it's the same crash on desktopb2g.
Yeah, desktopb2g does not have the wifi_subsystem, so it might be something else.
These are all b2g crashes that are hard to catch and resolve :(

Hub, probably yes. I raised basically the same issue against Marionette several months ago but nothing has been done.

In our case, the proposed implementation in JS is in the tcp-sync driver.
Haven't seen this issue for a few months.
