Details

Device is not being entered into active state from idle state.

Observed this bug while implementing fxos certification suite for idle API (https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/API/Idle_API) 

onactive callback handler is not being called on tapping the phone which is in idle state.

Please refer this Bug 1024404 for details.

Device:ZTE-open
branch:1.3.0.0-prerelease
