In previous Twitter chats, we did 5 questions for an hour. This chat should be on the 28th or 29th of July. Tweets can be prescheduled, but we can use this bug to figure out the questions.

@Alina - what are 5 or 6 questions you would like the public to answer about Net Neutrality?

@Laura, here are some possibilities:
1. What *is* NN?
2. How do you explain NN to the people around you?
3. What are your favorite resources for teaching people about NN? -or- What resources have taught you the most about NN?
4. Where do you see opportunities to teach and learn about NN in your work?
5. How should ISPs treat the relationship between you, the user, and the content providers you visit online?
@Laura & co., what do you think of these times?
(pre-scheduled) 7/28 - any time between 11 AM ET &, say, 3 PM ET
(live Chad) 7/29 - 12 PM ET, 1 PM ET, 2 PM ET, 3 PM ET

@Lucy - we're keeping the time, but are changing the date to August 5th, as we've pushed the NN date back a week to allow for more outreach time.
