Steps to reproduce:
Open a large image in a tab (I used http://www.motorstown.com/images/talbot-lago-t150-ss-07.jpg).
Scroll around using touchpad
Actual results:
Some areas of the image are not drawn (can reproduce with and without smooth scrolling)
Expected results:
usual scrolling
Maybe somehow related to bug 636688 (except it does not freeze the system) and bug 854870 (except it happens just in image-only tabs)
