Some images are vital to the article, and are small enough that we can bundle them with the article. That should happen.

A pre-requisite for this was being able to display images from the cache. That has been completed. the next part will be to preload certain images with the app. Dean and I are working on pre-filling the cache.
This didn't make it in this sprint, because we spent time on the UI to preload images, which kind of block sthis.
