Description:
The "Clear all" string on the Status Bar pane is cut off from the intended area.

Prerequisites:
1) Settings > Language > Tamil (Ta)

Repro Steps:
1) Update a Flame to 20140630000201
2) Swipe the Status Bar pane down
3) Note the clear all text

Actual:
"Clear all" is cut off out of the when viewed in Tamil.

Expected:
Strings are not truncated when viewed in Tamil.

Updated Environmental Variables with User Agent information added for 1.4 Flame.

This issue does not occur on 1.4 Flame.
