With the new Privacy policy wording we have the option to email users, but we must also implement the ability to unsubscribe to emails.

* Add a checkbox to the Edit Profile page for email consent, checked by default
* User email addresses will not display on feedback if users have removed email consent
* Default is to consent - as described in PP
* Account creation update:
   You are creating a profile that will include a public username and work history. You will begin to receive email communications from Mozilla once you have completed tasks. You may configure email preferences when editing your profile.

This has landed in https://github.com/mozilla/oneanddone/commit/49915ab43b88ae0ee28d1bd2b50e6d8a9f974a45. It has also been deployed to dev and staging.

On staging verified able to turn email on/off, email not displayed on feedback when it's off, admin does not display email until user is selected directly if off, and unable to search on email if off. Also verified it reappears if users turns it back on.
