Description
Steps to Reproduce
Edit the icon layout on the vertical home screen. Make the last two groups have one icon each. Move the second to last icon to a new group leaving an empty group.
Expected Results
Fluidly collapse old group and make a new one.
Actual Results
Screen shakes.

Mass update: Resolve wontfix all issues with legacy homescreens.
As of 2.6 we have a new homescreen and having these issues open is confusing. All issues will block bug 1231115 so we can use that to re-visit any of these if needed.
