Notification timestamps overlap with the notification strings.

Repro Steps:
1) Update a Flame to BuildID: 20140630000201
2) Change language to Tamil (தமிழ்)
3) Restart device
4) Take a screenshot to create a notification
5) Navigate to the Notification Bar and observe the timestamp

Actual:
The timestamp overlaps with the Notification string.

Expected:
The timestamp does not overlap the Notification string.

We've stopped shipping Firefox OS for phones. Thus resolving this as WONTFIX.
