Description:
When language is set to Swahili, the strings "Flash repainted area", "Async Pan/Zoom", "Draw layer borders", "Cards View: Screenshots", "Software home button", "Continuous transition", "Log slow animations", "Bluetooth output in ADB", and "Gaia debug traces" are truncated for the Developer Menu in Settings. None of these strings are truncated in English.

Repro Steps:
1) Update a Flame to 20140702000201
2) Change language to Swahili
3) Launch Settings and navigate to Device Information > More Information
4) Enable Developer menu
5) Move back to Settings and navigate to Developer Menu

Actual:
Multiple strings in Developer menu are truncated when language is Swahili.

Expected:
No strings are truncated.

This issue does not occur on 1.4 Flame.

I'll mark this as dupe of 892700. It's fixed on 2.1, not sure if it makes sense to port it to 2.0
