Description:
A string is truncated in the permissions page. I believe it's 'Find My Device', though could also be 'Smart Collections'. I am unable to tell for sure because the order of applications in the list changes when switched between Tamil and English. This same application title string is also truncated in the header of the following settings page when it is tapped.

Repro Steps:
1) Update a Flame to BuildID: 20140630000201
2) Change language to Tamil (தமிழ்) 
3) Restart device
4) Settings > App permissions

Actual:
A truncation occurs in the app permissions settings page.

Expected:
No truncation occurs.

I was able to use the 'Mercurial' tool to verify that it is the string 'Find My Device' that is truncated.
