Description:
When language is set to Swahili, and the user navigates to the "Data Usage Limit" page, the header will be truncated.

Prerequisites: Have  SIM in the device

Repro Steps:
1) Update a Flame to 20140702000201
2) Change language to Swahili
3) Reset or reflash the DUT
4) Open Usage App
5) Tap next 2 times> Enable 'data use alert'> Tap the box/bar below 'data usage limit'

Actual:
The header is truncated where it says "Data Usage Limit"

Expected:
No strings are truncated

This issue does not occur on 1.4 Flame.
