I have the Mozilla/TokBox Web RTC Product Terms of Use ready and posted to GitHub. However, the formatting is a nightmare and while I think over time I 
could get it I am betting it will be much faster and easier for an 
expert to help or finish this. The TOS is located here:

Kohei, this is excellent and thanks!! This means it is ready. I do not believe that the actual link has been determined just yet. I am adding Shell/Joanne/Romain to this bug so that we can route to the proper folks for determination on where the Terms of Service link/URL will live.

Hi Geoff-

For the location of where the actual document could live, I'd like to propose two possible solutions.

1. A central TOS location (note: Mika and I are in the process of moving many of these docs into this directory):

www.mozilla.org/about/legal/terms/thunderbird
www.mozilla.org/about/legal/terms/persona
www.mozilla.org/about/legal/terms/firefox

2.  TOS on the website where the product lives:
https://affiliates.mozilla.org/en-US/terms/
http://beta.openbadges.org/tou.html
https://webmaker.org/en-US/terms

I'd probably vote for option #1 in this case but will let you and the rest of the team decide what is best for this use case.

I don't believe we've been given any clear indication of where the ToS should live.
I'd agree with Jen regarding option #1, especially if this is where other docs are being moved now.

Just one comment - I see the Sync terms are on https://services.mozilla.com/tos/ - Is the intention to have all services ToS supported under this URL or will it also me moved to www.mozilla.org/about/legal/terms/?

Loop is effectively a service and it feels the approach should be similar to the Sync one so we're consistent?

The WebRTC product is now called Firefox Hello and the page implementation is being tracked in Bug 1101126.
